All sales are considered final. We accept returns for refund or exchange, for items damaged in transit, or for items found to be defective.
To be eligible for a refund, you must first contact us at 317-344-2000 to alert us of the damage, then return the damaged/defective product to us. Upon receipt of the damaged/defective product we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
To complete your return we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
This is our popcorn and we are personally committed to your complete satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied we will replace, exchange or refund your purchase.
SHIPPING POLICY/DELIVERY POLICY
Please be assured that your items will ship out within five days of purchase. We ship Priority Mail through the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.
